This month I had the pleasure of traveling to Huntsville, Texas to visit my alma mater, Sam Houston State University. I was invited by the Chair of the Mass Communications department, Jean Bodon to come and speak to their film class. Together with Associate Professor, Tom Garrett, we gathered in the large sound stage and discussed the production and post-production process of creating a film. I brought both my RED Scarlet 4K cinema camera as well as my Canon 5D mIII HD camera for the students to get their hands on. It was a great experience for me to give back to our up and coming filmmakers of tomorrow.
